BUILD WITH DIS CHIC® PRELIMINARY SERVICE AGREEMENT

Know what happens
before work begins.

1. Project review and acceptance

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. DIS CHIC® will review the request and may ask follow-up questions before offering a written proposal. A project begins only after both parties accept the project-specific agreement and the required payment clears.

2. Scope and pricing

Website, AI employee, app, prototype, and management package prices cover only the features listed for that package. Listed prices are founding-client base prices, not automatic final quotes. Added pages, content creation, new features, integrations, subscriptions, licenses, hosting, usage charges, expedited work, or other expanded requirements may increase the price.

3. Payments and deposits

The written proposal will state the required deposit or payment schedule. Work will not be scheduled or started until the required payment is received. Third-party costs and usage-based services may be billed separately.

4. Client materials and responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, files, branding, and feedback by the agreed dates. The client confirms that they have permission to use every item they provide. Delayed materials or feedback may change the delivery date.

5. Revisions and expanded work

One revision round means one organized list of reasonable changes submitted together for the current project stage. A new creative direction, added features, additional pages, new workflows, or other requests outside the approved scope are additional work and require written approval and added fees.

6. Timelines and communication

Project requests are typically reviewed within two business days. The project-specific agreement will provide the estimated delivery schedule. Timelines may change when scope changes, third-party services are delayed, or required client materials and approvals are late.

7. Ownership and licenses

After full payment, the client receives the ownership or usage rights specifically granted in the project agreement for the custom final deliverables. STR8 BUG’N® and DIS CHIC® retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property, reusable systems, methods, templates, tools, and know-how. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, platforms, and subscriptions remain subject to their own licenses.

8. AI employee services

AI employees assist with defined business operations and require ongoing monitoring. They do not replace legal, medical, financial, compliance, or other licensed professional judgment. Monthly plans include only the monitoring, support time, usage, and updates stated in the selected package. If the monthly plan ends, managed hosting, monitoring, updates, and supported access stop at the end of the paid service period unless another written arrangement applies.

9. Support and updates

Basic support covers reasonable questions and troubleshooting related to the delivered scope during the stated support period. A small monthly update is a limited change that fits within the selected plan’s included support time. New features, integrations, redesigns, expanded workflows, and unused support time are not included unless the project agreement says otherwise.

10. Cancellations and refunds

The project-specific agreement will state the cancellation and refund terms. Required deposits, completed work, reserved production time, and committed third-party expenses are generally nonrefundable once work begins, except where the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Privacy and security

Project information and uploaded files are handled according to the STR8 BUG’N® Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, bank details, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the project form.

12. Final agreement controls

If this preliminary summary conflicts with the signed project-specific agreement, the signed project-specific agreement controls. Questions may be sent to info@str8bugn.com.
