Is a deposit required?
Yes. The required payment or deposit will be stated in your written proposal. Work begins after the service agreement is accepted and the required payment clears.
Are the listed prices fixed?
The listed packages are founding-client base prices for the stated scope. Your written proposal will confirm the final price before you commit. Added pages, features, integrations, subscriptions, or expanded scope may change the total.
What counts as one revision round?
One revision round is one organized list of reasonable changes submitted together for the current project stage. New features, a new direction, or work outside the accepted scope is additional development.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Project requests are typically reviewed within two business days. Your response will explain the next step or request any information needed to prepare the scope.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the package, complexity, integrations, and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Your written proposal will include the expected project timeline before work begins.
Who owns the finished project?
After full payment, you receive the ownership or usage rights described in your service agreement for the custom final deliverables. Third-party software, licensed assets, platforms, subscriptions, and DIS CHIC® tools, systems, templates, and methods remain subject to their existing ownership and licenses.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Your written agreement will state the policy for your project. Required deposits and completed work are generally nonrefundable once work begins, except where the agreement or applicable law says otherwise.
What happens if an AI Employee monthly plan ends?
Ongoing hosting, monitoring, updates, and managed access stop at the end of the paid service period. Any transition options, exports, or third-party access that apply will be explained in your agreement.
What do “basic support” and a “small monthly update” include?
Basic support covers reasonable questions and troubleshooting related to the delivered scope. A small monthly update is a limited change that fits within the plan’s included support time; new workflows, features, integrations, or redesigns require a separate quote.
