Shipping charges
Shipping is not included in the listed product price. The available shipping charge is calculated separately and displayed during checkout based on the order and destination. Any applicable tax is also shown at checkout.
Production and delivery
Apparel is made to order. Estimated production and delivery timing is shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or an incomplete address.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact info@str8bugn.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed for a replacement or refund.
Lost packages
Report a package that has not arrived within 30 days after its estimated delivery date. Please confirm the shipping address and tracking details when contacting us.
Size, color, and change of mind
Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for ordering the wrong size or color, buyer’s remorse, or a change of mind, except where required by law. Please review the product details and size guide before checkout.
